The site covers independent software, interaction design, and engineering: complete practice notes, four project archives, current snapshots, and the decisions that never appear in a final interface.

How it is organised

Notes are archived by publication date and connected to their projects. Project pages retain current intent, development status, and key technical trade-offs. Now is deliberately a short working snapshot.

Editorial principles

• Separate facts, inferences, and decisions that still need testing.
• Use project sources without inventing metrics or user conclusions.
• Record why a trade-off was made, not only the final screen.
• Do not use member rankings as a substitute for collaborative context.

Updates and translation

Content changes when a project produces a decision worth preserving; there is no fixed weekly schedule. English is a natural translation that keeps intent rather than sentence structure.
